color: #67615d;\">Beat Caduff, born and raised in Arosa, practically in the kitchen of the family hotel A-nita, cooked so well there for so long that he was soon drawn to Zurich.<br \/>\nFor 22 years, he ran the Wine Loft, where he delighted his guests with a combination of excellent cooking and a phenomenal wine cellar.<br \/>\nHitsch Leu, on the other hand, stayed in Arosa, became a hotelier at the Hotel Eden with its dazzling Kitchen Club and has now been the landlord of the H\u00f6rnlih\u00fctte for a few years, where things really get going during the season.  <br \/>\n<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1610659562129{margin-bottom: 2.75em !important;}&#8221;]<span style=\"font-size: 18px; Especially in the fall, when the fog envelops the Weisshorn, the hunting horn calls and the hunting master chef is eager to present wonderful game dishes not far from his hunting grounds.
