css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1609244128365{margin-bottom: -10% !important;}&#8221;]<style>.ld_spacer_6a1b979b787cb{height:100px;}<\/style>\n<div class=\"ld-empty-space ld_spacer_6a1b979b787cb\"><span class=\"liquid_empty_space_inner\"><\/span><\/div><style>.ld_fancy_heading_6a1b979b789f5 h1{font-size:100px;line-height:0.8em;color:rgb(255, 255, 255);}.ld_fancy_heading_6a1b979b789f5 .lqd-highlight-inner{height:0.275em;bottom:0px;}<\/style><div class=\"ld-fancy-heading ld_fancy_heading_6a1b979b789f5\">\n\t<h1 class=\"lqd-highlight-underline lqd-highlight-grow-left\" ><span class=\"ld-fh-txt\"> <span style=\"font-family: duke;color: #ffffff\">AGB&#8217;s<\/span><\/span><\/h1><\/div><style>.ld_spacer_6a1b979b78d44{height:50px;}<\/style>\n<div class=\"ld-empty-space ld_spacer_6a1b979b78d44\"><span class=\"liquid_empty_space_inner\"><\/span><\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1603521253466{background-color: #ffffff !important;}&#8221;][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;12px&#8221;]<style>.ld_fancy_heading_6a1b979b78f33 h1{font-size:100px;line-height:0.8em;color:rgb(255, 255, 255);}.ld_fancy_heading_6a1b979b78f33 .lqd-highlight-inner{height:0.275em;bottom:0px;}<\/style><div class=\"ld-fancy-heading text-left ld_fancy_heading_6a1b979b78f33\">\n\t<h1 class=\"lqd-highlight-underline lqd-highlight-grow-left\" ><span class=\"ld-fh-txt\"> <span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 18px\">General terms and conditions for room rental in the Alpenblick<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 18px\">1st contract<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 18px\">The accommodation contract between the guest making the booking and Blick in die Alpen Gastro AG (accommodation provider) is concluded when the guest has received a detailed reservation confirmation from the accommodation provider after making the booking (online, by telephone, email, etc.) and has subsequently paid the deposit due.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 18px\">With the conclusion of the contract, the booked rooms are confirmed and the guest accepts the general terms and conditions shown here.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 18px\">2. payment<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 18px\">The price for the booked arrangement is due before arrival and is to be paid as follows:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 18px\">50% in the following 10 days from the date of reservation confirmation.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 18px\">The balance is due as follows: For reservations for the entire hut exclusively and group reservations for 8 persons or more up to 90 days before arrival, but no later than<br \/>\nOctober 31 (winter bookings) or April 30 (summer bookings).<br \/>\nFor all other reservations up to 30 days before arrival.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 18px\">Payments must be transferred to the account of the accommodation provider (Blick in die Alpen Gastro AG, Poststrasse 144, 7050 Arosa, IBAN CH83 0077 4010 4041 9510 1, SWIFT: GRKBCH2270A).<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 18px\">3. option on the booked arrangement<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 18px\">The accommodation provider grants the guest an option on the booked rooms for 10 days from the date of the reservation confirmation.<br \/>\nThis means that he blocks the rooms during this period and does not offer them to any other guests.<br \/>\nIf no accommodation contract is concluded during this period, the accommodation provider may dispose of the rooms again and release them for further letting.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 18px\">4. room occupancy<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 18px\">The booked rooms must be occupied by the number of persons confirmed on the reservation.<br \/>\nIf more people arrive than confirmed, the accommodation provider does not guarantee that it will be able to provide these people with a room or a place to sleep.<br \/>\nIf the guest arrives with fewer persons than booked, he\/she shall nevertheless be liable for the entire arrangement as per the reservation confirmation.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 18px\">If the guest rents all rooms exclusively, they can dispose of them freely.<br \/>\nThe maximum accommodation capacity of the Alpenblick is 30 people in 12 rooms. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 18px\">5. meals<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 18px\">The package includes half board (3-course dinner and breakfast).<br \/>\nSpecial requests can be considered for an extra charge if they are communicated at least 1 week before arrival. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 18px\">Only breakfast is included in the arrangement for the whole hut exclusively; the costs for dinner are calculated on the basis of the number of guests actually present.<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 18px\">6. withdrawal from the accommodation contract<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 18px\">In the event of premature withdrawal from the accommodation contract, the guest will be charged the following costs: Any booking can be canceled free of charge up to the due date of the final payment, after which the entire arrangement will be charged.<br \/>\nThe accommodation provider may also withdraw from the accommodation contract free of charge up to the due date for payment of the balance, after which the accommodation provider must offer the guest alternative accommodation under the same conditions. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 18px\">If the guest does not show up for their booked room (no show), they owe the accommodation provider the entire arrangement.<br \/>\nIt is expressly pointed out that accessibility is limited, especially in winter, e.g. in the event of heavy snowfall.<br \/>\nWe therefore recommend that you take out travel insurance.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 18px\">7 Liability of the accommodation provider<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 18px\">The accommodation provider is responsible to the guest for the provision of the agreed service in accordance with the contract as per the description (website) and reservation confirmation, whereby any liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 18px\">8. pets<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 18px\">Pets are allowed on request.<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 18px\">9 Smoking<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 18px\">Smoking is not permitted.<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 18px\">10. internet<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 18px\">The accommodation provider shall provide the guest with free Internet access.<br \/>\nUsing the Internet under a false identity, visiting illegal sites or downloading illegal content is prohibited under Swiss law. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 18px\">11. valuables<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 18px\">The accommodation provider accepts no liability for loss of or damage to the guest&#8217;s personal belongings.<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 18px\">12 Applicable law and place of jurisdiction<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 18px\">Swiss law shall apply exclusively;
