In the Caduff Stube we serve you specialties from the aromatic gourmet cuisine inspired by Beat Caduff.
The food is a real treat, and not just because of our altitude!
A changing selection of starters, main courses and desserts awaits you, either as a three-, four- or five-course menu (CHF 80.- / 95.- / 110.-).
Lunch special (only in winter)
There is now a 2-course menu at lunchtime for CHF 65 (starter-main course or main course-dessert).

Alternatively, there are of course his successful classics such as the Cadufferli (Beat’s fabulous Hacktätschli), the duck liver in ice wine (where else, if not here, at icy heights!), and the sophisticated ravioli with seasonal fillings.
After the main course, we always serve the infamous cheese trolley.
At the Alpenblick, you can expect fine, uncomplicated cuisine with aromatic Alpine dishes for large or small appetites.
Plenty of vegetables and local meat, prepared in the pan or on the grill, compete with the magnificent view.
Perhaps a bottle from Beat Caduff’s legendary wine cellar is the perfect accompaniment?
And to top it all off, there are of course all kinds of delicious desserts.

Our passion for wine is legendary, which is why the Alpenblick’s wine cellar makes the hearts of all wine lovers beat faster.
In addition to the well-assorted wine list with many rarities, you will find a selection of 200 great and perfectly aged wines.
You can go down there yourself and choose your wine.
But be careful: it’s easy to go into raptures and often you’ll end up buying one more bottle…
In the wine cellar you can also organize a nice aperitif or we can prepare a nice wine tasting for you.
