We are looking for employees to strengthen our team (immediately or from the start of the winter season 24-25)

All-rounder

You will help in the kitchen, with washing up or in service as a runner, shoveling snow, taking care of waste disposal and transport.
It is an advantage to have a driver’s license.

Kitchen

Our gourmet cuisine inspired by Beat Caduff is a great challenge for any chef.
You will be trained by Beat and our head chef Sascha and get to know many new preparation methods and dishes.
We prepare almost everything fresh and send the dishes à la minute.
You are a comic or chef de partie and have a very good knowledge of German.

Service

You look after a service station at lunchtime and/or in the evening, with collection and daily billing, selling our specialties and unique wines.
You will carry out mise en place work, help at the buffet and in the rooms, with cleaning and, of course, shoveling snow.
You have a service apprenticeship or several years of experience in service, very good German language skills and can keep an overview even in stressful situations.
